Message	really feel badly for you. I had some worn Michelin's and had no traction. It happens very quickly, as you found out. Your airbags probably didn't deploy 'cause you didn't hit the front bumper into anything solid, just the facia. Also makes me wonder about the ppl (not you) who have speaker boxes in their rear deck, just waiting for them to become projectiles and flatten the back of their heads if they rear-end someone.... Forget front airbags, they need rear airbags to protect them from their bling!
